One account, one prepaid balance shared by every language: opening the account is paid once, then top-ups feed the balance, which each call minute and each written exchange draws on. No subscription, no licence to buy. Every amount is shown in your country’s currency, before payment.

Can I get a refund?
A balance you have not spent stays on your account: it is neither lost nor taken back. A refund request goes to support, and it is the Terms and Conditions that say what applies, including the time limit. No refund is automatic.
How long does my purchase stay valid?
The prepaid balance does not expire: it stays on your account until you use it.
Can I learn several languages?
Yes, as many as you like, at the same time. Every language draws on the same balance; each keeps its lessons, its grades and its teacher’s memory.
Is Arabic treated like the other languages?
Yes: three levels, ten lessons per level, a teacher who speaks Modern Standard Arabic, the same tests and the same certificate. The site itself reads in Arabic, right to left, the certificate included.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, one per payment, numbered, in your name, available in your account and announced by email. It states the amount paid.
