Privacy policy

12 articles.

1Who is the data controller
The data controller is AURALIS LIMITED (No. 818628, Pod 2, The Old Station House, Blackrock, Dublin A94 T8P8, Ireland), publisher of the service. BIOTRACABILITE SARL acts as distributor and seller in Morocco for the collection of payments.
2What is collected, and why
The following are collected: identity data (first name, email address, country), account and balance data, the content of the sessions, the calls and the written work, invoicing data and technical connection data. The purposes are: to provide the service, to ensure educational continuity, to issue the certificate, to invoice and to secure the service.
3The legal bases for processing (GDPR, art. 6)
We process your data on the following bases: — performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b) for the creation of the account, the provision of the service, the call, the chat, the tracking of minutes and of the balance, and invoicing; — compliance with a legal obligation (art. 6.1.c) for the retention of invoices and accounting records for the period required by law; — our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) for the security of the service, the prevention of fraud and abuse, and audience measurement without third-party trackers; — your consent (art. 6.1.a), which you may withdraw at any time, for any commercial communication and for cookies that are not necessary for operation.
4What your data is used for
Your data is used solely to provide you with the service. It is neither sold, nor rented, nor transferred to a third party for commercial purposes.
5The content of sessions, calls and written work
This content serves educational continuity — the teacher’s memory from one session to the next — and is accessible only to you from within the product. Audio recording of calls is disabled: no sound is kept.
6Retention period
Account data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then 3 years after the last activity. Call transcripts are deleted after 90 days. Session sheets are kept for 12 months. Technical logs are kept for 12 months. Invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years, under a legal obligation and for that sole purpose.
7Who has access: processors and hosting
The service is hosted by AURALIS LIMITED (Ireland). Technical processors — telephony, automatic language processing, payment — are involved, bound by contract and subject to the GDPR; no data is transferred outside the legal framework.
8Payment and bank details
The card is entered directly on the page of the bank. languages·Ai stores no card number and retains no direct debit mandate.
9Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (GDPR, Articles 15 to 22; loi 09-08). You exercise them at our customer service; you may be asked to prove your identity.
10Account deletion and erasure of data
Deletion, requested from support, erases your data, subject solely to the invoicing records kept by legal obligation.
11Cookies and audience measurement
The service uses the cookies strictly necessary for its operation. Any audience measurement is anonymised; non-essential cookies are placed only with your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
12Supervisory authority, contacting us and complaints
The processing of personal data is declared to the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel, Morocco). The supervisory authority is the CNDP for users in Morocco and the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) for the publisher. You may lodge a complaint with either of them.
